Antal International appoints Joseph Devasia as Managing Director, India

Antal International has appointed Joseph Devasia as its Managing Director for Antal International Network, India.

Joseph Devasia established his business in January 2007, being extremely successful in the initial years. Antal realised immediately that this was a goldmine waiting to be explored, hence in late 2008, Doug Bugie who was then CEO at Antal International Network, floated the idea of franchising further in India and suggested that Joseph could enter into a JV with Antal to help expand its footprints further in the Indian recruitment industry.

Since then Antal’s journey of franchising in India begun and over the years Antal has established 40 successful franchises. In a short span of 6 years Antal opened in more than 10 cities across India, filling more than 600 business critical vacancies. Antal International introduces global best practices, latest developments within the recruitment and sales trainings, client sharing top-class knowledge on local markets, extending support to new offices on the ground and ensuring that the overall ethos of the network is maintained within the Indian market.

Antal International is the fastest growing privately owned recruitment organisation all over the world especially in Europe, Asia and Africa. The company has plans of setting up 600 offices over six continents within the next 7 years. Antal International in India is on an aggressive growth path, especially looking at tier II & III cities for expansion.
