Autosmart’s Scottish network of franchisees is now complete with the arrival of Alan Shannon, the latest new Autosmart franchisee in the Ayrshire area.
Alan, aged 33, tells us: “I was a joiner by trade and for the last three years I have been running my own business selling books and gifts. This was also a van-based business, but was not quite as lucrative as I would have liked. I was aware of Autosmart because lots of my friends work in the automotive industry and they often rave about the products and so when I saw the franchise advertised in the local paper, I knew it was the right time to act.
“I am so determined to make my new franchise a success and having just spent a week-long induction at the Autosmart head office learning all about the products, I am really keen to put my new knowledge into practise and win lots of new customers. I also have the expert help and advice from my business coach, Dermot, who will be spending a day a week with me in my mobile supermarket.
