Smith & Henderson has named Business Doctors one of the finalists for the 2014 Best Franchise Award, sponsored by RBS and supported by Franchise World.
These awards are unique because they are based on feedback from the businesses own franchisees. Anonymous Franchisee Satisfaction Benchmark surveys are filled out asking to rate the training and support provided by the franchisor. From these, the top franchisors are shortlisted for the 2014 Best Franchise Award.
As a finalist, Business Doctors will attend the judging in November for the £25-£75k Investment category, where they will present to a panel. The winners are to be announced at the Best Franchise Conference in Milton Keynes later this month.

Business Doctors already has the Five Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award under their belt, which is for a group of elite franchisors who have been voted above average in 5 key areas by their franchisees. Business Doctors is one of the 14 winners of this prestigious award out of 900 franchise models in the United Kingdom.
