Described as ‘an impressive newcomer’ on the official Ginetta website, Mark Davies, co-owner of FASTSIGNS® Huddersfield, is dominating the Ginetta G20 Texaco Havoline Championship, with a double race win at Silverstone last weekend.
Mark said: “This was a crucial weekend for us to stamp our authority on this championship and our FASTSIGNS team gave me the car I needed to win both races.
“However, this is not all about motor racing; we take the opportunity to market our business to the paddock teams, drivers and visitors who tend to be in the type of business areas we look for. We are already working with Optimum Motorsport and Protyre, the Michelin distributors”.
Mark showed great form in his debut race at the end of last season in his FASTSIGNS car and has continued to impress this season, scoring 5 wins out of 6 races.
The Championship series culminates at Spa Francochamps F1 circuit in Belgium during October, and Mark is hoping to walk away with the title.
Mark’s day job means running the FASTSIGNS centre in Hoyer Industrial park, 517 Leeds Road, Huddersfield, which produces signs and graphic products for local businesses.
