CoffeeBoy offers a tailor-made solution of concepts including our unique, new-to-the-franchise market-converted shipping containers that are available in different shapes, sizes and configurations, depending on your location and needs. Our industrial design is fresher and funkier – making CoffeeBoy a brilliant place to meet and hang out.

We target busy locations such as retail sites, entertainment parks and supermarket car parks that are highly accessible with plenty of traffic and footfall. Free parking is also available.

We already have owners, landlords and managing agents with availability on such sites. Transport hubs, gyms, shopping malls and traditional high street stores are also an option.

We assist with all site selection, lease or freehold negotiations and we offer ‘click and collect’, so customers can order and pay using our smartphone app and then collect without waiting.

• Our ‘turnkey’ option includes everything you need to start trading in one simple value-for-money package, including a full operations manual and ongoing support after opening.
• We build the containers in our manufacturing facility, deliver them to the site and set up everything you need.
• Our simple systems, equipment, recipes and processes are easier to manage.
• Our iPad till system integrates EPOS for sales, P+L, and staff rota analysis as well as click and collect, customer loyalty, social media and music in an easy and user-friendly format.
• We provide one week of full in-house training for 1-3 people and will send a member of our management team to work with you at your new premises for your first week of opening.
• We assist with your recruitment needs.

Great coffee and food

Coffee: We use a delicious mocha-based coffee with floral notes and blackberry-like flavours that develop into dark chocolate notes at the finish – that our customers go mad for!

Food: By blending a range of centrally supplied items with a selection of simple-to-prepare items made in store, CoffeeBoy franchisees can develop fantastic margins – while also delighting our customers with a great food and drinks selection.

Subject to demographics and location we can customise your franchise package to make the site a success, for example, offering full or part halal.

Coffeeboy container

We charge £10,000 + VAT joining fees per unit, plus 7% management service fees.

Our standard 20ft shipping container costs £55,000 per unit. Our standard 40ft shipping (as seen in the pictures) costs £70,000 per unit.

Full inventory is available on request.

Total investment for a complete container £65-£80,000 plus VAT.

Full store format

We charge £17,000 + VAT joining fees per unit, plus 7% management service fees.

A 1400-foot, 70-seat unit would then need an estimated turnkey package of around £96,000 + VAT plus building works – and some equipment can be leased to reduce initial costs.

Franchisees should thus budget £110,000 to £200,000 per unit including working capital and VAT.
