Radiantlife Ltd started as a family business in 2011 and started franchising in 2019, providing a ‘Stop Shop’ for clients who are looking for a complete care solution for themselves or their loved ones. This ensures that clients continue to live comfortably and safely within their own homes by allowing them to choose from various care services that can be tailor-made according to their needs and preferences.

By carefully developing care solutions for all needs, backed up by the latest technology and training, Radiantlife Care has established a Management Team and workforce second to none in the industry, as evidenced by the consistent GOOD CQC rating.

The opportunity

Radiantlife franchise offers multiple revenue streams across three main sources; domiciliary care, recruitment and staff supply and supported living services.

There is something for everyone with Radiantlife franchise packages;

• Ruby package: For those who want to start their business delivering supported living services ONLY.
• Sapphire Package: Domiciliary care and recruitment franchise package.
• Emerald Package: This is our 3 1 package consisting of supported living, domiciliary care and recruitment.

Whilst there is a demographic trend towards an ageing population and people living longer, often homecare providers solely focus on the elderly market and domiciliary services, therefore limiting the potential to provide additional critical services with multiple streams of income and the flexibility to choose a business of your choice.

Training

The initial training is a five-day classroom-based training at our head office in Rainham Essex, where our support team will personally train you. We cover regulatory & compliance, sales & marketing, recruitment & staff retention, accounts and domiciliary care software. We also cover some mandatory training like medication, moving & handling and safeguarding during this period.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

Our franchisees could be office-based or home-based. A typical ‘day in the life’ will include business development (both telephone-based and face-to-face meetings), on-site visits, staff recruitment, attending network events, staff appraisals, training, client assessment and much more.
