I have been a Franchisee with LMI-UK for 16 years, and it has been one of the most rewarding and self-fulfilling periods of my life. I have worked with a broad range of people – technical experts, first-line managers, Directors and CEOs – and have experienced a great deal of personal success in helping them. 

This experience has also given me a much greater insight into why I was successful in my career prior to joining LMI. I soon became aware that the LMI approach, and its methodology towards developing leaders and managers, fitted my own instinctive determination to reach my goals and lead a balanced life too. I soon became a product of the product.

The only thing we all have in common is time. The only difference between us is the way we think and act, based on our past conditioning and engrained personal habits. Through the LMI approach – which encompasses vital personal development needs such as education, self-analysis, and self-improvement – people are able to reach for higher goals, establish their direction in business and life, and become more self-confident and motivated about reaching their true potential.
