Call360 Our platform tracks anonymous website visitors across multiple sessions, traffic sources, and keywords, and combines that information with call outcomes and customer relationship management data to form a unified picture of each customer. Our Call360 Analytics Platform was released at this time. We aggregate information from various sources to provide a holistic view of the customer journey, making it simple for companies to identify growth-limiting behaviours and friction points.
