It’s an Applicant Tracking System – Instead of manually sorting through resumes, you can use our advanced Qualification Question Screening to identify those who possess the relevant qualifications (such as a work permit) and respectfully reject the remainder. You won’t have to put in as much work.

It’s a Psychometric Assessment – The CV can only tell you so much, but our one-of-a-kind psychometric screening exposes the candidate’s true character and aptitudes through a mix of personality evaluation and behavioural profiling. The results of a psychometric exam can shed considerably more light on an applicant than an out-of-date and possibly dishonest resume. Nik Plevan, our company’s founder, established eTalent in 2010. When one of Nik’s large retail customers requested a method to detect certain soft talents in candidates for customer service and retail sales positions, he stepped up to the plate. They had previously attempted to employ standalone psychometric examinations as part of the hiring process but had abandoned the idea because they were too expensive and too much of a hassle.

In under 6 months, we had a fully functional version of the eTalent system up and running, complete with customised psychometric tests and a DISC behavioural profile for each candidate. Because of this technique, the firm was able to save almost £100k (net) in employee turnover costs in fewer than 7 months. As a result, development on Version 2 began nearly immediately and was wrapped almost a year later.
