They manage the entire ‘end to end’ resales process with franchisees, including gathering information, sourcing prospects, franchisor approval, negotiations, sourcing funds and coordinating the legal process.

Franchise Resales additionally advises franchisors on their exit route and manages the resale of entire franchise networks and master licences. They provide the UK franchise community and prospective purchasers with an independent, cost-effective total resales solution.

The Franchise Resales system manages all aspects of a resale. A dedicated account manager will work with the seller from the start through to the completion of the sale – liaising with the franchisor to ensure open communication and a smooth resale process. We provide a panel of solicitors to assist with the legal completion of a sale and will introduce purchasers to banks and business planning specialists as required.

Franchisors can retain our services on a low-cost outsourced facility or on an ad hoc basis as needed. Franchise Resales will also provide Exit Planning Seminars at franchisors’ conferences. A confidential service is also available for franchisors and master licence holders to plan and execute their own business sale and exit.
