Friesday emerged back in 2015 selling Belgian Fries at food and music festivals across London and the south of England. Friesday now has multiple outlets making it the home of Belgian Fries in the UK. Inspired by the 90’s street culture, Friesday was set up by owners who grew up in that generation with a vision to create a lifestyle brand

The stores are designed with a “Hip” feel in mind and with a splash of graffiti, connecting it back to the 90s and in keeping with the brand ideology.

The Franchise Opportunity

Friesday can be operated from limited seating takeaway stores of approx. 600 sq ft to a more eat-in model of approx 1,000 sq ft +.

The brand allows for many variations and flexibility and is open to different shapes and sizes. After all, the vision is to get Fries to as many people as possible whilst delivering excellent returns on investment at the same time. With our centralised distribution centre, let’s make this happen together.

Training and Support

Friesday is a unique concept that is run by a strong core management team who have extensive experience in all aspects of brand management. You will also get a relationship manager assigned who will be super flexible and work closely with you to ensure everything is in place. Some examples of the areas Friesday will support the franchisees on are shown below:

Supply Chain: You will be able to benefit from all our supply channels and all our goods will be delivered directly to you in an efficient manner

EPOS: Friesday will provide you with an equipped EPOS system which will allow you to manage orders as well as Inventory.

Health and Hygiene: Friesday will provide you with all the necessary paperwork in accordance with the FSA. You simply have to adhere to these and manage the logs.

Operational Manuals: Friesday will provide you with manuals that will articulate day-to-day processes as well as instructions to operate all the equipment.

Comprehensive Training Program: Reaching for success is not achieved without knowledge. Friesday will provide all staff with adequate training and will also be on hand full-time for any further training/questions.

Sales Forecast & Costs: Friesday will go over and beyond and help you forecast your sales figures, provide a breakdown of all your costs and give you an estimate of what you can expect to earn.

Menu Development: Friesday is always looking at ways to improve our menus and introduce new products. You will benefit from this instantly.
