Franchise models

Regional Director

It is the responsibility of the Regional Director to recruit, train and support a capable Planning Consultant team to provide coverage for the planning needs of clients within the region. Regional Directors have the rights to perform client work by retaining a territory for themselves to further enhance earnings.

Cost: £20,000

Planning Consultant

The role of the Planning Consultant is to build their planning business through social media, networking or referrals and to augment the centrally sourced leads. Once leads are converted to appointments in the diary, the Planning Consultant will visit the client in their home to present and explain the planning service. They will conduct the planning fact find and measure the premises to enable the architects at head office to produce the plans. On completion of the plans, the Planning Consultant will obtain approval of the client to enable building control and planning submissions to be made on their behalf.

Cost: £7,500
