Only in prime and secondary locations such as high-traffic areas, high streets, shopping centres or tourist hot spots. Parking required.

• Size: From a minimum of 232 sqm (2500sqft) With at least 100 seats in the store and others outside. Private dining area.
• Outdoor Seating: A spacious terrace for outdoor seating, if available.
• Service: For indoor use, outdoor use and takeaway.
• Menu: Classic, vegan, secret and takeaway.
• Total Investment: From *£295,000 + VAT
• Franchise Fee: £17,500 + VAT

Classic Store

Only in prime locations such as high traffic downtown areas, high streets, shopping centres or tourist hot spots.

• Size: From a minimum of 111sqm (1200sqft) With at least 40-100 seats in the store and other outside.
• Outdoor Seating: A spacious terrace for outdoor seating, if available.
• Service: For indoor use, outdoor use and takeaway.
• Menu: Classic, vegan, secret and takeaway.
• Total Investment: From *£195,000 + VAT
• Franchise Fee: £15,000 + VAT

Take Away Store

Only in prime locations such as high traffic downtown areas, high streets, shopping centres or tourist hot spots.

• Size: From a minimum of 30sqm (322sqft) Minimum 0-30 seats in the store.
• Service: For indoor use, outdoor use and takeaway.
• Menu: Classic, vegan, secret and takeaway.
• Total Investment: From *£145,000 + VAT
• Franchise Fee: £10,000 + VAT
