Match Options – Owning a business that cares for others can help take ‘care’ of your future.
Owning a Match Options franchise allows you to provide a valuable service to your local community, whilst building a financially lucrative business with an attractive future resale value. If you care about the welfare of others and you care about securing a future for you and your family, then Match Options is the ideal opportunity for you.
Match Options is accredited by the British Franchise Association (BFA) as a member, confirming its reputation within the UK healthcare and franchising sector as an ethical and responsible franchisor. This highlights Match Option’s commitment to developing the business in accordance with BFA industry standards.
The Match Options Business Model
Established in 1999 Match Options specialise in sourcing suitably qualified staff for both the Social and Healthcare industries.
As a Match Options franchisee, you can operate in both regulated and non-regulated sectors. You can focus on starting as a specialist recruitment agency supplying temporary and permanent staff such as nurses and healthcare assistants to regulated organisations including Hospitals and Care Homes.
You can also operate a domiciliary care business (providing care in the home) which is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. You will be required to register as a domiciliary care provider with the CQC before you can provide domiciliary care, and Match Options will work with you on your registration.
You…The Match Options Franchisee
The reputation of our Brand is extremely important to us therefore as you might imagine we do not simply grant the right to own a Match Options franchise to just anyone.
Unlike many other franchise opportunities owning a care business means that you have a responsibility for the care and welfare of others.
You need not have a background in care to own a Match Options franchise. It is likely, however, that you will have had responsibility for managing others and be used to negotiating at all levels.
Training
The Match Options training allows you to enter the regulated care sector with no previous experience. We ask you to spend a day even before becoming a franchisee within one of our company-owned offices.
Once you have become a franchisee, you spend an initial week at our Head Office getting to know the operational elements of the business from healthcare regulations through to IT systems and payroll.
We then come and spend time in your branch once the systems have been installed, again helping you to set up the operation and we begin to recruit your temporary workforce and candidates who are looking for a permanent job. Finally, we focus on local business development in order to gain your first clients.
Our initial training, helping you to recruit the right branch staff and ongoing support, will get your Match Options business off to the best possible start.
