Clearly, as a bank, the provision of financial services is our primary role in the industry. Loans, overdrafts, asset finance, invoice finance, card services, international payments, and HR/health & safety advice are typically included in this list.

We have about 200 accredited franchise managers and support staff spread out across the UK who have finished a training programme endorsed by the Chartered Banker Institute and the BFA, the trade association for our industry.
