Running your Smart Choice Cleaning franchise

This franchise is perfect for a homeowner with suitable space available in their home to base their franchise operation, either for just the set-up stages or on an ongoing basis.

As a franchisee, you will organise and manage your business, running the daily operations with our software system and communicating with both staff and customers. Tasks include recruiting teams of cleaners (two cleaners work in each team), securing new clients, following up on referrals from existing clients and visiting clients to assess and quote their cleaning job. You will order supplies or vehicles as necessary, keeping in mind possible expansion for your operation when it makes business sense.
