Supreme Home Care aims to provide the highest standard of care for its clients in their own homes, encouraging them to do as much as they can for themselves in order to maintain their independence and their physical and mental ability.

Supreme Home Care Limited was established in Telford 2006 at the request of local GPs and other Health and Care professionals, to deliver high quality, professional care in their local area. The company is very successful, growing to a £1m turnover within four years.

Supreme Home Care has taken the very successful Supreme Home Care service model and is offering it as a fully supported management franchise to suitable prospective franchise owners.

Who is ideal for us?

We look for candidates who bring transferable skills and experience from business, health or social care or related industries. We can teach you all about setting up and running a Supreme Home Care franchise but we need to know you have the aptitude to successfully operate your own business, employ staff and deal with vulnerable clients and their families.

We look for people who identify strongly with the company’s aims and guiding principles and want to provide a service that they would be confident would meet the needs of their nearest and dearest.

Our franchise owners have often had a personal experience of poor home care being delivered to a family member. This has made them determined ‘to do it better’.

Financial information

Franchise fee: £24,750 plus VAT

A total working capital of £80,000 (inclusive of the franchise fee) is required in the first year, with at least £40,000 of this being a minimum personal investment. Supreme Home Care have excellent relationships with a number of high-street banks that are willing to lend the additional working capital to the right candidates.

The total start up costs for a Supreme Home Care franchise is approximately £80,000. For the period of the legal agreement (five years with the option to renew for a further five years on a rolling basis) we also charge a monthly management fee of 5.5% of turnover (up to £1m turnover when we reduce this to 4%).

We don’t make a profit on your joining fee and we only make money if you are successful and make money. You are assured of our support at the beginning when you will need it and we know we will benefit later when you have a thriving business.

Training and support

In return of you becoming a Supreme Home Care franchisee, we offer bespoke training, help and support, predominantly by the two directors who established the original business, who have between them, over 50 years of health, social care, clinical and management experience.

• Operational manuals and supporting paperwork
• Support with CQC registration
• Computer equipment and software
