We have inspired thousands of children and young people through our best-in-class entrepreneurial educational programmes.

We teach 7 –18-year olds all about entrepreneurship through an exciting and challenging, yet structured course.

In addition to direct delivery to schools, clubs and housing associations, we have started to successfully support franchise operations. We are now looking for business-minded people who have a strong empathy with children, to take Ultra Education into new regions.

Our CEO, Julian Hall, is a nationally respected serial entrepreneur, mentor, teacher and speaker. He developed the Ultra programme to run over five terms to complement the national curriculum. Delivered in local settings, the aim is to inspire young people to achieve their dreams of starting businesses.

The success of the business has led to an annual ‘Kids Business Awards’ and extremely popular ‘Kids Business Fairs’ where the achievements of our young students are celebrated. Our young people themselves have been featured on media platforms globally and are set to be the innovators, change-makers and entrepreneurs of the future.

The Opportunity

Ultra Education is generating huge interest across the country with the success of its programme, as well as a very active social media presence.

Every school and other institution that supports young people is a potential customer for our franchisees. The role is to secure venues where an Ultra Education programme can run and then promote it to young people and their parents.

We have a proven marketing strategy in place to get programmes enthusiastically filled. This includes effective social media, PR, local marketing and sponsorship.

About You

What you must have is real empathy with children and young people and an understanding of how to inspire them.

You will need a commercial acumen to present the benefits of the Ultra Education programme to school heads, local authorities, parents and other support groups.

To grow quickly, it is also important to have or build a network of business contacts in your area.

You will become a well-known and respected member of your local business community, whilst building a rewarding and profitable business!

Your Initial Training with Ultra Education Includes:

• Five days of live teacher training and home study learning
• Three sessions with leading business professionals on the topic of entrepreneurship, growth mindset and best practice lesson planning
• In-session, practical training with existing franchisees
• Ongoing unlimited refresher courses

Ultra Education provides their practitioners with DBS checks (formerly known as CRB), business setup and legal advice together with regular CPD (continuous professional development).

There is no prior experience needed.
