Training and support provided

We provide an unrivalled turnkey franchisee package that’s tailored to set you up for a stable and financially sound future. Franchisees will participate in our initial training programme which lasts a week and is held at the nearest regional Urban Planters office. The first 6 months of your franchise will be closely monitored by an assigned area manager, who will cooperate in troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Our main goal before ending the training is to create a franchisee that’s NVQ Level 2 in Amenity Horticulture. Overall, you can invest with confidence knowing you have the full support of the franchisor you work with.

If you have good business acumen, the ambition to start your own business, and an interest in mastering horticulture —then we want to work with you! Experience in horticulture is an advantage in becoming a franchisee, but it’s not mandatory. We are looking for individuals who can maintain a solid network of clients, have good communication skills, and can commit to learning our offered services.
