A Big Welcome to our Three Newest Franchisees!

Recently, at Granite & TREND Transformations franchise headquarters, we were very proud to welcome our 3 newest franchisees as they successfully completed their franchise induction course.

This was a very happy and exciting time for everyone involved. For us, we got to welcome 3 fantastic new people to the Granite & TREND family who will help us drive the brand forward for many years to come. For the franchisees, it was the first step in what will be a very fulfilling journey towards creating their own profitable and successful business. Over the last two decades, our products have grown to have a truly global reach by recruiting and training like-minded franchisees, such as Tony, Abdul and Jeremy, who share our passion for delivering a quality product and a highly professional service.

Our training and induction events are designed to make sure that all of our new franchisees have everything they could possibly need to build their own rewarding future with Granite & TREND Transformations.

As new franchisee Tony, told us: “From the first call, it was very clear that Danny and the team are here to make our ambitions a reality. No question is too small, they took us through all aspects of making our own franchise a success.”

Our rigorous training and induction process is scheduled over an entire week here at our head office in Tunbridge Wells, Delivered by our specialist Franchise Advisory & Support Team (FAST), the comprehensive programme covers everything from Marketing, Sales and Finance, to the technical aspects of the service. Trainees also receive a solid grounding in how to run the day-to-day operations of their new franchise according to the tried-and-tested model that we have perfected over the last 20+ years.

Of course, every new franchisee has different backgrounds and needs, so we always ensure that we tailor our programme to make the most of their unique skills and experience, and to do everything we can to maximise their potential. This is also a fantastic opportunity for us to really get to know our new franchisees, so that we can learn how best to support them as they continue to grow and develop their franchise.

As Jeremy commented in his feedback: “At the end of the course, I feel much more comfortable with the support that Trend will provide”. We are confident that the trust we have now built with our new franchisees will be the strong foundation we need to keep pushing forward.

As the week progressed, it was clear to us that the newest members of our family were going to be a huge asset to the franchise. Danny Hanlon, Chief Operating Officer at Rocksolid Granit (Europe) Ltd – franchisor of TREND Transformations – was particularly pleased with their progress: “Having worked closely with each of our new franchise partners in the lead up to our October induction training, we were really impressed with the way in which they applied themselves. We were equally impressed with the way they helped and supported each other; they truly embody the spirit of franchising.”

Of course, this is only the start of their journey with us. We are going to be with them every step of the way. We are 100% committed to giving them the ongoing support they need to setup their first showrooms and help them to grow a successful new business that they can be proud of.

Benefiting from a surge in the home improvement sector, TREND Transformations is recording its highest ever levels of enquires for prospects wanting to open their own business. We already plan to open 10 new locations next year, and have two Induction Franchise Training weeks scheduled for November 2020 and February 2021.
