One of the newcomers to the Auditel Cost Management Franchise is Scotland-based Charlie Craig. Charlie has an MA Hons in Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen and a Six Sigma qualification in the manufacturing and service industries. His past roles have included Operations Director for Fyne Ales Brewery and Account Manager for a customer experience technology consultancy. Most recently, he served as an Interim Project Manager for a property development company.
Charlie
recalls: “While I was Operations Director of a drinks manufacturing company, I came across Auditel. I thought they had a strong product and a clearly defined business model with manageable development stages. I had a pretty good understanding of the benefits, so there was a real interest. At that time, if somebody from Auditel had knocked on my door, I would have bitten their arm off, to get them in to drive out some costs! This made an impression which I remembered when I was looking to set up my own business.”
Asked about the training, Charlie replied: “Very positive. Keeps you focused right until the end! It takes you out of your comfort zone, I’ll be very honest about that. I do not expect that it’s going to be a walk in the park, because it isn’t. But the great thing about the training is, that they never push you over your limits. You are kept on the edge. Then they put in place those building blocks, so that at the end, I wanted to get on with it. I didn’t expect to feel this way, but I want to get out there and get started!”
Charlie believes that his wide-ranging business experience, coupled with Auditel’s comprehensive training and support, are his tools for finding clients and offering them highly successful cost management solutions. He has already achieved in the marketplace and has a number of promising leads.
Matt Sidwell, Auditel’s Director of Network Development – UK and Ireland, says: “Auditel is ideal for management professionals like Charlie. Our franchisees come to us with so many different backgrounds and qualifications.
