Auditel have rolled out a brand new training programme for their franchisees and it’s already having a very positive impact.
Already known for their extensive training and support, Auditel have rolled out a brand new training programme for their franchisees. The Auditel support team have been working for the last 18 months to build a new Business Educational Events programme. 96 franchisees have already completed the course and Auditel are looking forward to training more franchisees in the coming months.
Day one of the two day programme consisted of ‘How to plan, market, deliver and follow up on an educational event’. This workshop is useful for those franchisees who are new to running business educational seminars and events and provides all the information needed to ‘set the scene’ when presenting. Franchisees are provided with all the collateral and documents they need, therefore the workshop is a complete turnkey package.
Day two is based around Presentation Skills Training. If messages are not delivered in an interesting and effective way, it doesn’t matter how interesting the subject matter is, it will not be heard by the audience! This day of training teaches franchisees how to deliver presentations that reap results.
Delivering an educational event or seminar is just one of Auditel’s eight routes to market and it has proven itself to be one of the strongest. It is important that franchisees are trained in how to organise an event, get people there, deliver the presentation effectively and ultimately, win business.
