One of the UK’s fastest growing property franchise networks is giving experienced local estate agents in the UK the chance to become a Century 21 UK franchisee by significantly reducing its joining fee until the end of June.

The UK franchise has experienced phenomenal growth recently and is set to open 14 more branches nationwide within the next few months and has plans for further growth. Explaining more, Head of Sales and Development Chris Summers says the company wants to make it easier for smaller, independent agents to leverage its name and expertise in order to become more competitive.

Dylan Mollison-Cousen, a current franchisee based in Cobham, explains his experience with Century 21 UK: “I had been an estate agent for seven or so years, working for a number of businesses, but always had the end goal of setting up on my own.
