Is now the right time for me to set up my own business?

Will I get lonely working alone?

The beauty of our franchise model ensures that whilst you run your own business you are still a part of our team so you won’t have to work in isolation, you have a team to support you every step of the way. Furthermore the nature of our industry ensures that there is never time to be lonely as you will quickly build up a thriving customer and candidate network.

I’ve never run a business before, where would I start?

Do not worry if you do not have experience of running a business. We have carefully designed our franchise opportunity to provide you with everything you need to get started and to support you as you grow. In addition, and just as importantly, you get a coach who has been there and done it to support you throughout your journey, every step of the way.

What is the commitment?

This very much depends upon you – you can choose how much you work to cater to your family and lifestyle. We do not set any parameters. Obviously, as with any new business hard work and dedication is required to make it successful, however our carefully tailored set up and growth plan will keep you on track.

What experience do I need?

Whilst you do not need to have experience running your own business you will need to have a background in building relationships, either within recruitment or a similar service solution business. More importantly you will need to have the drive and determination to build a business from scratch which isn’t for the faint hearted. However, if you’ve got the right drive and mind-set, we’ve got the tools for you to succeed.
