Hi,

Let me start by introducing myself, I’m James Campbell. I’m 25 years old and currently live in Lichfield. I’m also the managing director of Train Learn Go Tamworth Limited. What’s that I hear you ask?

Well, let’s start from the beginning – you see that picture over there, that was me six months ago, after having to spend a lot of time working away, staying in hotels with a meal allowance, you tend to over-indulge as it’s all paid for. Well, as you can see I indulged a lot!

I was 116.5kg, 18.5 stone with a body fat percentage of 28.8. I know, when I found out I was shocked to. I had been told by my sister-in-law about a company called Train Learn Go, a mobile personal training and nutritional company that offered a free consultation.

After looking into the website, reading a bit more about what they do, looking at testimonials, I decided to give them a call and book my free consultation. I had tried gyms before, making my own diet plans and workout plans and thought I knew what I was doing. Interestingly, it turned out all that had been a waste of my time. Looking back on it now I wish I had found them a long time ago!

The big before and after side-by-side – it was even more of an eye opener seeing them together than it was when they were apart. In the 6 months between these pictures, I had lost a massive 32kg (5.5 stone), 16kg of that was pure fat, reducing my fat percentage from 28.8 down to 15, it really shows the awesome progress I had made, but also shows how well the Train Learn Go system works.

Over my journey with Train Learn Go I spread the word to family and friends, some of whom also signed up to the same base package I had but with the company’s other personal trainer Lorren. Lorren equally gets clients the results they want, which goes to show it does not matter who your personal trainer is along as they work for Train Learn Go – your weight loss goals are in reach!

The move from client to franchisee – quite coincidently Andy (TLG CEO) told me that his dream for the company that he and his partner Adam had created was to turn it in to a franchise. Slowly the wheels in my mind turned.

I have always been willing to take a risk for the future I wanted, providing in my head it was a good risk to take. I kept getting updates from him in my weekly training sessions and thinking over the idea more and more as my potential future career!

Seeing the 2 pictures was incredible it gave me such a huge confidence boost. I felt really good inside and out. I walked around with my head held high, as I occasionally bumped in to old friends or family I had not seen in while and they would tell me how great I looked. It was just a fantastic feeling, more than I had ever expected. So that was it – I was inspired and Knew that I wanted help others get that same result I did and have that huge confidence boost and goodness I felt.

So a few phone calls and a couple of meetings and it was done. I had bought a franchise from them which covers Lichfield, Tamworth and the surrounding areas, which will officially start trading from the 12th of October.
