National home care provider Caremark continues to grow its ever-expanding network of franchisees with the latest new recruits taking up territories in Plymouth, Thanet, as well as Lancaster and South Lakeland.
Following an intensive two-week residential training course, the new franchisees will be busy preparing their offices whilst they wait for their registration with the Care Quality Commission. This latest course saw franchisees taking possession of territories the farthest west and east on the map!
Alison Livingston, Caremark (Plymouth) reflected on her two weeks of intensive training “I really enjoyed the course and learning about all the different policies and procedures. It was good to meet all the staff at Central Support, as well as the other new franchisees; there is no better time to start networking! New franchisees all undergo a rigorous two-week training course which comprehensively covers the delivery of the service and all aspects of business development.
Once registered and trading, Caremark (Plymouth) will be providing care and support for adults and older people in the Plymouth area. The care and support provided will cover a broad range of activities, depending on the customer’s requirements, enabling them to continue living safely at home and experience greater independence.
