Buckinghamshire based home care provider Caremark (Aylesbury & High Wycombe) received high praise from the Care Quality Commission following an unannounced inspection at their offices in Whitchurch.
The CQC regularly carry out impromptu inspections on all care companies as part of their schedule of reviews.
The quality of the care and support services provided by Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe) to their customers was closely examined by the visiting Inspector and they were satisfied that (Aylesbury & Wycombe) were meeting all 28 Outcomes of the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety in accordance with the section 20 regulations of the Health & Social Care Act 2008.
The 28 Outcomes cover all aspects of the service provider’s activities, from record keeping to the actual service delivered to the customers, the provision of suitably skilled staff to meet customer requirements, as well as all aspects of staff training, supervision and support, both office and field based.
