Match Options recently held a 1 day workshop programme for their company owned staff and franchisees on 30th June.
The purpose of the training day was to refresh staff and franchisees on operational policies and procedures, to make sure they are following guidelines, and to update them on any developments in the healthcare sector.
It was also a bonding opportunity where the individuals behind the branches, whether they are employed managers or franchisees, got to meet physically and share experiences and best practice as well as creating an informal feedback mechanism on how Match Options is supporting its network.
In the spirit of the day in sharing ideas and best practice, new franchisee Marshal Konzvo, who owns the Cambridge branch, made an engaging presentation that challenged the company’s own branch staff about managing, recruiting and placing workers in the sector titled: ‘What makes a modern recruitment consultant?’
Michael Celestine, Director of Operations and Business Development commented after the event:
