Leading greeting card publisher and franchisor, Card Connection, has announced it has recruited a new business development manager for the South East.
Cherry Tatlow will now be responsible for helping Card Connection franchisees in London, the South East and Anglia maximise the potential of their respective businesses.
Cherry Tatlow, who has been known for her ‘singing voicemails’ said: “I am very much looking forward to working with the franchisees and hoping my lively, energetic and approachable style will help and motivate them to be the best that they can be!
“Card Connection’s quality product range and its clever business model offers much scope for growth for all its franchisees,” continues Tatlow. “I will be working specifically to find areas where more support is needed to achieve expansion within each business. From helping franchisees get organised, to advising on how to capitalise on new business opportunities, I am keen to use my experience to aid franchisees to realise the full extent of their potential. I know I will be singing their praises very soon!”
“We are delighted to welcome Cherry Tatlow to our team,” confirms Michael Johnson, managing director, Card Connection. “Cherry has a strong field sales background and a deep understanding of the retail industry gained over many years in the sector and will be able to draw on this, plus her wealth of management experience, to support our franchisees in the region.”
Prior to joining Card Connection Cherry Tatlow was a regional sales manager for a field marketing agency working with the electronics giant; Sony. Before that, Cherry worked in various National and regional sales roles for organisations in the retail sector including Bingo Lotto, T-Mobile and United Biscuits.
Card Connection is part of UK Greetings, which is a subsidiary of the largest publicly owned greeting card publisher in the world and has limited vacancies for franchisees who are keen to run an expanding business. Suitable candidates would ideally have some management experience as, once established, and depending on the size of the territory, they could be expected to employ a small team, run a small warehouse and have several liveried vans on the road.
