The online survey was available throughout May and 3 lucky participants won £50 having been randomly selected for sharing their views.
We are pleased to announce that the survey has revealed a great deal of satisfaction among our clients.
The National Head Office team in Torquay, Devon scored exceptionally well. More than 85% of our clients rated us as ‘very good’ for our professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness.
This high level of customer satisfaction was echoed among our it’seeze regional offices. More than 81% of customers rated their local it’seeze consultant as ‘very good’ for their ongoing support, helpfulness, product knowledge, availability and turnaround time.
Other highlights from the survey include:
- 92.2% being satisfied with their it’seeze website
- 94% are likely to recommend it’seeze
- Of those who use the it’seeze editing system, 95% agree that it’seeze is just that… easy to use!
The survey was also very useful in identifying some issues where we could make further improvements. For example, several clients without an it’seeze consultant at the time of filling in the survey now have one. We are also working to strengthen our product packages according to this valuable feedback… making it even easier for our franchisees to market and consult on it’seeze websites.
The survey is based on 77 responses between 1st-31st May 2014.
