Leading pizza franchise, Papa John’s, has announced the opening of its Stafford store. The outlet based on Stone Road, Stafford, was officially opened with a pizza party, giving away 200 pizzas to local residents. Following a £200,000 investment and the creation of 25 new jobs, Mayor of Stafford, Councillor Angela Loughran, cut the ribbon to declare the store officially open.
Stafford Papa John’s
will be run by franchisee partner Buta Singh Chatha who is the nephew of Tony Singh who already runs fourteen Papa John’s outlets. Tony Singh commented: “I’m delighted that we have managed to secure premises in Stafford and have the opportunity to provide Papa’s pizzas to people in the area. A number of employment opportunities will be created by the new outlet and available for local residents.”
