Recognition Express Dartford and Bromley owner Hugh O’Neill donated the personalised hoodies and t-shirts that former Eastenders star Brooke Kinsella and her sisters wore when they walked to the highest point of Machu Picchu, to raise money for the Ben Kinsella Trust.
The charity, which aims to save lives by educating youngsters against the dangers of carrying knives, was set up by Brooke after her brother was stabbed 11 times in London June 2008 whilst celebrating his GCSE results.
When business advisor Peter Taylor from PTC Consulting told Hugh about the expedition, they agreed to work in partnership to support this worthwhile cause.
Said Hugh: “As branded clothing is one of my main areas of business, I was more than happy to help and make the donation to Brooke and her family. The hoodies and t-shirts were quick and easy to produce and I’m proud to have my name associated with such a great charity. I was thrilled to see they were wearing our tops for a The Mirror photoshoot”.
Brooke was delighted with the results commenting: “I was so impressed by their quality that I even approached Hugh to supply garments for my academy ‘True Stars’. Hugh has always been helpful with advice to ensure I get the best value for money whilst being supplied with high quality printed garments”.
Recognition Express Dartford & Bromley supply a wide selection of branded garments in all materials, colours’ and sizes with printed or embroided logos and images.
