Revive! celebrates ten years of cosmetic vehicle repair

Cosmetic vehicle repair franchisor Revive! marked its ten year anniversary with a 140-strong motivational conference and awards evening.

The aim was to celebrate business achievements to date, spotlighting exceptional performance from the past twelve months, while gearing-up for future success.

Keynote speakers included The Business Doctor, the renowned Dr Paul Thomas, with a thought-provoking session on ways to reimagine business processes and structure to generate better results. Social media expert Libby Langley provided a fresh perspective on the power of Facebook for franchisees and David Cresswell, chairman of the Auto Body Professional’s club, presented an analysis of emerging opportunities in the smart repair industry. A suppliers showcase enabled delegates to find out about new products and technologies from firms including 3M, LKQ Coatings and AkzoNobel.

Three franchisees were singled out for performance awards, with Nathan Holmes from Cambridge named Franchisee of the Year 2013. Following several years of strong trading, the past twelve months saw tremendous growth for this franchise, including the establishment of a retail unit.

Matt Woodhall from Bath and Michal Lepiarz from Basingstoke were recognised for Outstanding Service Delivery and Outstanding Sales Achievement respectively. Woodhall’s dedication to customer service is credited with helping to drive profitability. And Lepiarz beat the previous franchise record for first month trading, turning over more than £7,000.

Revive! specialises in repairing minor scuffs and scrapes to vehicle bodywork and alloy wheels. As the preferred supplier of smart repairs to major car dealerships and fleet operators, Revive!’s customers include Alfa Romeo Fiat, Lex Autolease and Mercedes. The company works closely with the Institute of the Motor Industry to drive up smart repair standards and has paved the way for smart repair to become a top quality alternative to bodyshops for minor vehicle damage.
