I enjoy working, laughing, being with friends and family.
What do you love most about your job?
Making a difference and getting results.
I enjoy identifying/designing new and productive ways of working. By transferring these into accessible modules, we make PA’s and secretaries lives easier, more productive and enhance their visibility at work.
Also, obtaining feedback from clients who use SmartPA business secretarial support to analyse how we have made a difference to their business.

Who is your hero?
Jennifer Aniston and Victoria Beckham. What I really admire about these two individuals is their vision, hardworking attitude and determination to create their own success. Did you know that a young Victoria Beckham wanted to be as big a household name as Persil? Now, THAT is determination.
What’s next?
With technology dramatically changing the way we work, our use of the office space and how we conduct business globally is changing, also.The office support function and PA role is no different. With this rapid change, SmartPA is keen to stay one step ahead of the game.
I am excited about the launch of 2 new SmartPA technologies that will support the ongoing development of PA’s and secretaries across the globe. Watch this space!

We know attending events can be daunting. Will I know anyone? Will anyone speak to me? The truth is, everyone feels the same. Here’s our guide:
Smile!
Be the person with the biggest smile in the room, you will shine like a beacon and people will be drawn to you.
Set yourself a goal and do your research
Obtain a list of the people/businesses attending the event, identify 1-2 people that you would like to speak to and why you want to speak with them. Not only will you feel more confident but you’ll have a purpose, rather than standing around waiting for someone else to approach you.
Channel your inner Sasha Fierce
Hear us out on this one! As a representative of your company, you are a brand ambassador and must personify your key brand values. By assuming this ‘alter ego’ you will easily show off the business to it’s advantage.
