Surviving and Succeeding in Covid

It’s safe to say that the world has been going through, and unexpectedly is still having some unprecedented times due to the global outbreak of Covid-19. However in the world of Healthcare Recruitment, we live by the saying ‘the show must go on’, even in the midst of a pandemic!

Here at Tezlom, we were quick to think on our feet and come up with a Covid secure plan of action, in order for all Tezlom models to operate as normal as they can. Adapting to new government guidelines, we set up video interviews for recruiting, we researched and gained guidance from the likes of Gov.UK on accepting electronic documentation ensuring right to work and employment checks were still able to be conducted, amongst various other new processes and procedures, we made it paramount that our clients KNEW we were there for them, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most importantly, we supported all of the franchisees in every aspect we would and in places reduced costs resulting in all offices to continue growing and developing.

That’s why we want to share with you how our latest franchise, based in Bromley town centre, has certainly learnt that the world of Healthcare Recruitment goes on, no matter what! We have been working extremely close with new franchisee Aminu Momoh, and together learning and adapting to the ‘new’ world we live in whilst dealing with new challenges and restrictions as a result of the coronavirus. With lockdown restrictions lifted, we couldn’t wait to physically go over to Bromley and officially open the new office and finally meet the rest of the team face to face (socially distanced of course). This brings us to today, pictured below is the team at Bromley with Franchisor, Ryan Armitage, & Head of Recruitment, Zoe Perry.
