A Wilmslow based home care provider provides an open door to all their customers and family members, encouraging them to pop in whenever they feel like a cup of tea, a chat and perhaps some time out from their daily routines.
Caremark (Cheshire North East) recently started this practice and found that it has been of great benefit, particularly for family carers who may need to have a moments respite themselves from caring for their loved ones at home.
Being able to sit and chat with the members of the Care Team in the office is a welcome break from daily responsibilities and allows the person to chat and relax or discuss anything else to do with the service provided to their family.
