Kieron Deether
Kieron will be operating in the Sussex area.
In his career, Kieron has supported a range of clients, from small businesses to large organisations. While managing a window-cleaning business, he was instrumental in growing and company and increasing the turnover. His abilities will ensure that all SmartPA clients supported by him enjoy a first-class service.
Rebecca Silva
Rebecca will be operating in the west of Scotland.
Rebecca, who holds a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice and a CIPR Advanced Certificate in Public Relations, supported the CEO, Board Members and Directors at The Weir Group PLC, including coordinating all aspects of diary management, meetings, domestic and international travel, reports, presentations and team management. Previously, Rebecca managed the offices of small and medium founder-led businesses, where flexibility and a can-do attitude were essential. Her experience will ensure that all SmartPA clients supported by her enjoy a first-class service.
Rita Baxi
Rita will be operating in Northamptonshire.
Rita has worked as a senior account manager for over 13 years of her career, which has ensured she is adept in building and maintaining effective professional working relationships with colleagues and clients to deliver strategic, commercial and operational plans. Her skills and abilities will ensure that all SmartPA clients supported by her enjoy a first-class service.
